Power Step
Strength and Conditioning to help you achieve your goals before dawn!
Retro Cardio
Snohomish Fitness Center's longest running class, going strong since 1986! Traditional aerobics class, with fun dance moves and great strength training at the end!
Plié and Pulse
Plié and Pulse fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga, and Pilates. Join us for a 60-minute, three-phase workout:

- Dynamic warm-up—gets your muscles ready
- Standing strength segment—Tones the major muscle groups of the lower and upper body all while engaging your core.
- Floor workout—Targets core muscles.
Low Impact Aeorbics
Fun all cardio class that limits impact but keeps you moving and grooving! Its a workout that will leave you with a smile on your face.
Golden Circuits
Fun group functional strength class designed to be low impact but still challenging.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and cardio health!
No Floor Yoga
Yoga for those who don't want to get on the floor. Gentle stretching and focused calm breathing.
Adult Recess
Class for folks that want to have fun while they get fit. Join us for fitness monopoly, tag based cardio, and many other games.
Rock Steady Boxing
Non-Contact Boxing program for people with Parkinson's! Assessment required.
