Lacey spent nearly 10 years as an Exercise Specialist in local physical therapy clinics, teaching people exercises to assist in their injury recovery and get them back into top shape. When she wasn't in the clinic rehabbing patients, she was busy training high-level athletes all around the world.
Lacey now specializes her personal training in injury management and recovery working with humans from all backgrounds with a variety of athletic and life experiences helping them perform to their best ability.
Lacey has two bachelor's degrees from Eastern Washington University in Exercise Science and Communications. She spends her free time doing two things she loves, roller skating and coaching. She has been on the Rat City All Star roller derby team since 2006 and a member of USA roller derby since 2011. She coaches the Patriots of Centennial Middle School in cross country and track.

Retro Cardio Instructor
Karin has been an awesome instructor for Snohomish Fitness for the past 30 years! She teaches an awesome aerobics class every Mon, Wed and Fri at 9am! Join the class for a sweat inducing workout done to fun music and workout with the greatest group of them all!

Afternoon Aerobics Instructor
Renee teaches our Wednesday afternoon class. We love having her teach this cardio inspired class every week. She can teach several styles of class from cardio dance, to step aerobics and circuit training. She keeps our 4:30 class smiling and sweating their way through the week.

LaRae is a lifetime dancer, from jazz to tap. Years ago LaRae took a Zumba® Fitness class at the suggestion of a friend and was hooked! Since becoming a Zumba Fitness instructor in 2011, LaRae has been inspired to learn and grow in her new profession, sharing health and wellness. She has become an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a Rock Steady Boxing Certified Coach.
LaRae works with clients with various goals ranging from stabilizing symptoms of Parkinson's Disease to dancers preparing for their next performance.
Exercise has been known to cause health and happiness.
Step and Strength Instructor
Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 am you can wake up and workout with KT and get your workout in before most people drink their first cup of coffee. KT's exercise group is a rad and dedicated group of folks that love the 30 mins of step aerobics followed by 30 mins of strength training. Show up one more and start your day off right,with a good sweat!

Coach Dees received his Bachelor of Arts in K-12 Physical Education from East Tennessee State University and his Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri. In 2015, Lucas earned his Level 1 USATF Certification and in 2016 he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Lucas also has his Level 1 USAW Certification. Come learn to lift from one of the best!

Rock Steady Boxing Coach
Kippe joined us from Virginia Beach and we are so lucky to have her helping us coach our rad Boxing classes. Kippe teaches two Rock Steady Boxing classes a week and does a great job keeping the classes exciting and vibrant. You might also see her in the gym volunteering with our golden circuits class, helping to create a fun and challenging workout for our awesome :am crew.
